About

I build backend systems that hold up in production — and teams that ship them.

Python tech lead based in Chișinău. Ten years across backend development, lead engineering and head-of-engineering roles; today I lead the Python team at EBS Integrator, where we build Django-based HR & recruiting platforms, bank payment integrations and NLP pipelines.

I care about robust architecture, clear technical requirements and honest communication — the three things that decide whether a system is still maintainable two years in. I graduated from the Technical University of Moldova with a Bachelor's in IT and moved from hands-on backend work into leading engineering efforts.

Off the clock I speak about financial literacy for IT people and write about working with AI tools in day-to-day engineering.
